Rotary D3790 held its Pre Pets at Sta. Monica Resort in Lingayen Pangasinan, February 13, 2016 hosted by Rotary Club of Mangatarem. Headed by DGE Raul Peralta and assisted by Incoming District Trainer PDG Jaypee Cadaing. Rotary Club of Limay President Elect Niña Maria Salvador and PP Lira Feliciano, attended the event.

Attending all the break out sessions for 3D's of Rotary, Tech 101, Assesing the need and Communication. It was a fulfilling and informative gathering, where we learn a lot to prepare for the incoming Rotary year.
