Bataan Association of Rotary Clubs won the 3rd leg of DG Mai Ocampo Bowling tournament last January 16, 2016 at CSI Dagupan Bowling Center. Participants from the District gathered for this event, and it was hosted by Rotary Club of Sta. Barbara. BARC team representatives are Rtn Jun and Rtn Popoy of RC Mariveles Ecozone, PP Lira of RC Limay, PP Remo of RC Balanga and Arvin, friend of Rotary.
BARC team placed third in the preliminary rounds of the game. There are 3 rounds during the preliminary where BARC either place 2nd or 3rd, but in the end we placed 3rd. Then as the rules of the game, there will be play offs before they announce the winners. On the 1st round of the play offs where RC Sta. Barbara and BARC face off, BARC emerged during the game, where they advanced to the final round.
During the final round the defending champions RC Subic faced BARC. As the game draws to its end, BARC emerges as the champions after 5 grueling sets. Congratulations to BARC and good luck on the 4th leg of DG Mai's tournament.
