Empowering youth is one of the focus of Rotary to hone leaders and let them be Rotarians of tomorrow. Last December 4, 2014 Interact Club of Lamao successfully inducted their new sets of officers and members with their Adviser Arvy Estaris and new President, Giselle Teodoro. It was a meaningful event when IPP Blessie Pilapil expresses her thoughts on how to make an impact not because of high grades and being on the honour list, but as an ordinary student she can contribute to her community by being in Interact. The shy IPP then was not there anymore as she inspires her fellow Interactors.
After the new members where inducted old Interact members welcome them with the pinning of Interact Badge. And as a token of gratitude Pres. Lira of RC Limay present the PRM Issue to the President of Interact so they can read and be informed about what's happening in Rotary here in the Philippines.
