Brotherhood Signing with Rotary Club of SanFernando Cabalen

October 30 - Rotary Club of Limay headed by Pres. Lira Feliciano and Rotary Club of San Fernando Cabalen headed by Pres. Nong Cabral entered a brotherhood to strengthen the friendship and partnership of both clubs in District 3790. Our guest of honour Assistant Governor of 4A Jess Sama witnessed this event together with Rotarians who are present that night. AG Jess gave a few words of inspiration and encouragement for the upcoming TRF Banquet. Afterwards the halloween party of RC SF Cabalen commence and we enjoyed their fellowship and hospitality that we will look forward in the days to come. Congratulations to all.
