District 3790 started the new Rotary year with the simultaneous kick-off project by dedicating this to our elderly. RC Limay partnered with RC Orion as we celebrate this start of our year by giving out free lunch, rice and hygiene kits to our elderly at Bahay Puso in Balanga Bataan. These lovely elderlies are of no home and family to take care of them so we extend our love and care for them in the spirit of giving from Rotary.
