Students from Bliss Elementary School joined the poster-making contest hosted by Rotary Club of Limay on September 23, 2016 with the theme "Rotary Kaagapay ng Kabataan sa Edukasyon." In line with Rotary's Basic Education and Literacy Month, RC Limay also donated school supplies to students.
