The All-Star Team Membership
Development Seminar was held at Lou-is Grand Ballroom, City of Balanga, Bataan
last July 9, 2016. This event was hosted by the Bataan Association of Rotary
Clubs, which includes our club, the Rotary Club of Limay. The seminar was
opened by no other than D3790’s Gov. Raul Peralta
Membership updates were
dicussed by ARC / PDG Penny Policarpio. PP Raymond Ciriaco taught us the club
value proposition. PP Michael Macatangay shred to us the importance of
Engagement and Attraction. The very lively PP Mon Dacayo conducted the last
topic, which is about motivation.
There
was a breakout session after the talks conducted by the speakers. Participants
were asked about the hurdles each club encounters in membership retention and
their proposed solution to the problem. The answers will be submitted to the
district where they will get ideas for the Membership Retention 3-Year Plan.
Finally, the seminar was closed by by DG Raul Peralta.
