Rotary Club of Limay and Rotary Community Corps with its Chairman John Lacbain of BEST Foundation Inc. launches its first livelihood project last May 30, 2015 at St. Francis I Limay Bataan to its beneficiary Mrs. Annaliza Abraham. Goods were given to her to start her business in order to sufficiently support her family. Funds were given by the club as her initial capital.
