We are half way through and Gov. Dennis Go reported the status of the District in his State of the District Address. Where Cluster 4B led the most Rotarians inducted this half year of Rotary with the efforts of our Assistant Governor Maria Elizabeth Salvador. Besides the Midyear Review the District also conducted this years District 3790 search for Outstanding Teachers in Dagupan. 3 Teachers from our cluster was selected to be interviewed by the Panel to go on for the last leg of the competetion. Our representatives are Ms. Isabel Manuel, Mr. Crisanto Baluyot and Mr. Randy Tallorin. Another activity that was conducted is the Candidates Forum and Selection of the next District Governor for RY 2017-2018, where Father Pahed, AG Jess Sama and PP Boboy Valles express their intentions on becoming a District Governor. As the day concludes PP Boboy Valles was elected the next District Governor Designate by the District Nominating Committee.
