FOOD AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT TALK

As a part of membership development program of Rotary Club of Limay, the club conducts its monthly Classification talk at Salvador's Motorpool last October 21. That day Rotarian Emmanuel Diwa talked about some things he did while he was working as a Manager in Kentucky Fried Chicken in Balanga and as a Manager in Kung Fu Kitchen in Harbor Point Subic Bay. He tackled about managing the restaurants from delivery, inventory, managing staffs to customer service. We learned a lot from him not only about the food but also the factors behind every successful restaurant he manages.
